My 6th day

Hi…!!!
I have some questions that maybe you guys can help me…
This is my 6th day in th SBD but I do not see any weight drop yet not
even a pound here is an example of one of my daily meals, please if
you see that something is wrong help me…. I’m really frustrated.
Monday:
B: 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and peppers one cup of black coffee
S: Garbarzos (in the oven really crispies with salt and crisco non
stick butter flavor. (at lot of this)
L: Turkey breast seasoned with paprika, salt and pepper (I’m using
Crisco non stick olive oil spray), one large green salad
S: Ricotta cake (ricotta, eggs, and splenda)
D: Chicken breast (cooked as the turkey) with a large salad
Tuesday:
Pretty much the same o monday.
Please is there something wrong????

2 Newbie Questions

Hello all! :) My name is Katie, I am 24 and I live in Tempe, Arizona (home
of ASU, and all of the Playboy models in the making). I am 5′9″ and weigh
about 180. I would like to get down to 140. I have just begun the South
Beach Diet and haven’t noticed a difference yet (thought it IS only day 2.5,
lol). I had two questions that I am hoping to have answered:
1. How does the SBD view salt? I LOOOOVE salt and don’t know how much I need
to cut out. For instance, I LOVE bloody mary mix… not bloody marys, just
the mix. There is tons of sodium though, so I don’t know if it’s “legal” for
phase 1 or 2. Any help?
2. Is there a limit to the amount of Sweet N Low you can have on phases 1
and 2? I also eat tons of it (I am well aware that it’s awful for me and
that I will probably die of cancer, but I love it).
Any help with these questions would be GREATLY appreciated! :) Thank you all

NEWBIE!!

Hi I am new. I am debating if I should start this diet and I would
love some opinions. I am a SAHM of a 5 year old and 7 month old (I
currently nurse him)
I am looking to drop 100lbs. I have been doing the Dr. Oz book “you on
a diet” but I am looking to jump start my weightloss!! I am really
motivated and I have access to a copy of this book.
Also are you able to eat the frozen and prepared meals that you see in
the store on this diet? and are they good??

I have broken the century mark…

Hey all,
I have crossed the 100 lbs. mark this month with the SBD and the
gym work I have been doing. Overall, I have gone from a 3XLT shirt
to a L and a 48-50 in pants to 34-36. I started at almost 340 lbs.
and I have hit 235 lbs. this month. I started the diet in January
2005.
I think I would ultimately like to be down to around 225 lbs. My
initial goal was 230. I am also wanting to try ro get below 10%
bodyfat for my firm’s Beach Weekend party and volleyball tourneys I
play in the Spring/Summer 2007. With diligence I should be able to
do it.
One question I had was how do I post pictures to the group? I
want to show my progress.

New book on getting results for your diet

I’m just halfway through reading a book that compliments the SBD
perfectly. It actually shows you how to get the best from your diet and
how to use your inner strength effectively to overcome the little
problems we all get from time to time.
It’s written in a straight forward manner and does not pull any punches
