Day 1

Hi everyone-
I just started SBD today and so far so good. I have doen WW since
January and have lost 21+ lbs. I would like to take off 10 more. WW
is great, slow, but great. My biggest problem with it was i was
eating WAY too many carbs - 1 pt buns, 1pt english muffins, FF
pringles, WOW chips, etc. So i’m looking forward to maybe a good 1st
2 week loss and then hopefully steady from there. Good Luck to
everyone…i’ll check back regularly.
