I thought I'd introduce myself. The names Nancy, I work from home. I have 2 children, 16yrs (boy) & 13yr Girl), & a loving spouse. My DH of 17yrs. is doing SB with me. Today is our 4th day. He's doing great. I'm alittle discouraged, I've gained 3#. I don't know how this happened. I've followed the list to the T. Is this normal? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
