Is it normal to gain weight at first and
how long does it take to start losing the water? After all i drank
yesterday and today i thought i would be running, but not yet.
Also, do most people stall after Phase 1 or does everyone seem to
keep losing ok? The reason I ask is because with atkins i lost the
first 2 weeks and that was it. 6 more weeks w/ no loss. Any
input? Thanks
