Hi all its sue o! I am finally getting my emails! I am down 7 lbs and I am on day 11 is that good?

How is everyone else doing thats around the same day as me or close to it?
I cheated the other day w/a hand full of cheez its! So I have cheated twice 1 time w/a rice cake because I was sick and that’s all I could keep in! and 2nd just because they were there and kids were eating them!
