A Newbie to the group here
Hi everyone,
I just joined your group, but started South Beach June 30th. I have
lost 21 pounds and 13 3/4 inches and it has been nearly three weeks
since I last weighed so I have dropped more by now.
I find this to be a lifestyle of eating I can be happy with. I like
to cook anyway, so have really enjoyed trying new recipes in the book
and modifying some of my own favorites to be healthy eating.
I have a confession though…I have become addicted to sugar-free
popsicles!
