Hiking food question
Does anyone know what the good doctor would say about food items
that one would use while hiking or other moderately strenuous
activity. I tend to go hiking during the summers and many of the
foods tend to be high in coarbs because of their energy replacement
qualities. For example, I will often go for a hike consisting of 3-
4 days packing around a 50 lb pack. I can’t really be taking along
the type of food for weight reasons that is talked about in the
book. If anyone has any thoughts, please share them! Thanks!
