2nd Try - Help - I had tried SBD and lost 0 lbs!

I’m glad you aren’t giving up. Now it is important to eat a good breakfast
and a snack in order to keep your blood sugar stable. This it what keeps you
from being hungry and keeps your insulin from spiking ( which is what causes
fat storage) I can’t be too scientific here cause I don’t understand it all.
All I know is if you eat you lose.
Water, water, water. If you don’t drink enough you will not lose. At Least,
half your weight in ounces a day. 8 glasses is the basic amount your body
needs just to function. If you want to flush that fat you need more.
Yes you can have turkey breast and mozzarella, lean ham and roast beef. I
use regular cheese and I eat less of it which is not right but I hate low
fat plastic cheese. Exceptions are laughing cow lite which is good. Eat
until you are satisfied. If you don’t eat enough you won’t lose either. You
don’t say what your starting weight is. If you don’t have a lot to lose it
comes off slower. Did you measure? You may not have lost pounds but maybe
inches?
Cool it with the nuts and the low fat milk. Use lite half and half which has
less sugar. I can’t stop at 20 pistachios so I don’t have any.
Give it another shot and remember the tough part is only for 2 weeks. We can
do anything for 2 weeks.
