Keep Track

I have an excel file that keeps track of my daily intake if anyone
would like a copy I am happy to share.
If you lost in the 1st week but not in the 2nd keeping track will
let you know the difference in intake and exercise. It may be
helpful to know what was different and make some changes to promote
sucess.
I lost 13 lbs the first two weeks in August and have kept if off so
now I am back to phase 1 to loose again.
