hello all-
i'm a 26yo working mom of 2 who just started the beach and thought i
would join a group for some added support. i eventually would like to
lose 63lbs to get to my "ideal" weight however i have set some short
term goals as well (some old jeans i would *love* to wear again,
getting down to just one chin (lol)). i would love to hear from other
moms of young kids (mine are 2 and 5) about incorporating your new
lifestyle with theirs.
have a great day everyone!

Hi. I'm Angie. Been on South Beach for one week this coming Mon.
Have a lot of health issues, and therefore was referred by my
dr/nutritionist to do this diet. Wondering a little bit about this
group.
Do we exchange recipes?
Tell me a little about the group?
Thanks, and looking forward to getting to know you all and
seeing "less" of you.
BTW- I'm open to talking about just about anything, so just ask me.

I an interested in trying this diet. I am a weight lifter and the
last time I lost alot of weight I lost alot of my strength. I am
6'4" tall and weigh 265 pounds. My ideal weight would be about 240-
245 pounds. Does anyone have any input or experienced the same. Tino

Hi,
My name is Lori and just joined this group.
Was wondering if anyone has signed up for
the SB diet online, $5 a week.
Seems high, and was wondering if it is worth
it? Thanks, Lori

I've just joined the group having started the diet.
I do have a question for the more experienced in the group:
I can't stand to drink a ton of water every day. I used to drink a lot of diet
sodas and I
do drink plain water but in very small amounts but I don't like plain water when
I'm
not thirsty. What about something like Crystal Light, or Wylers Light
lemonade? I really like that stuff...they're both sugar free and I usually
dilute it more
than the directions say. Every packet makes 2 quarts and I usually add 3 quarts
of
water instead.
Is there anything that would do damage to the first two weeks of the diet?
Thanks.
