Weekly Report

Hi everyone!
Last week was exciting!!! Not only did I start SBD, I also joined
this Group. I’ve enjoyed reading your emails. :-) Since last Sunday, I’ve lost 7.4 pounds….only 103.6 pounds to go!
Besides the loss of pounds and overall feeling of well-being,
another amazing thing happened. You-know-what started on Thursday
and this is the first time in YEARS that I didn’t bloat. I have
severe endometriosis and the pain was minimal this month. What a
relief!
BTW, rather than meals and snacks, I eat 5-6 “mini-meals” each day.
I eat about the same amount of food each time I eat. At least one
of those meals is a Protein Shake. I also take One-a-Day Weight
Smart and Vitamin C….500 mg three times/daily. In addition, I
drink about 84 oz of water each day. I did not do any exercise last
week but plan to start walking.
