Hi everyone, i am going to start this diet as soon as i get the book
this week, tried weight watchers again, only lasted 2 weeks! This has
to be better any good sucess stories?

i just started southbeach..yet again.
it’s almost 7pm and my head is killing me and i’m really hungry.
i want to give up but the idea of an early death from obesity keeps
me from doing so.
i really don’t like vegetables either.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE……………..PLEASE!

Could you be going thru caffeine withdrawals? My withdrawals from
caffeine all day every day actually sent me to bed for a day…I
thought my head was gonna explode…

Hi,
I’ve tried diet after diet to no evail, atkins, weightwatchers, for
some reason or another I lose at first then get sick of it, I love
how much you lose on atkins, but it gets sooooo boring how much meat
can a person eat and no fruit ugh, can someone explain the difference
to south beach to me so I know whether it is the right choice, I’ve
even thought of the bariatric surgery as a last resort please Help

Hello, my husband and I have just started this diet. We started on the 1st of August and my hubby has already lost 4 lbs. I have lost 2. I am not as strict as he is with it as he is the one that needed to go on this diet. His doctor told him his cholesterol is too high even with meds and he needed to start a diet. So, this is the one we chose. His goal is 20 lbs and mine is at least 8 - 10, plus a healthier eating style. I am really dying for a donut or bread and chocolate, but I am holding out better than I thought. We live in Arizona and you would think sweat alone would help, but it doesn’t. Anyhow, it will be nice to meet with others on the list who have been doing this for a while to add some encouragement for us.

Hi I am presently trying to do the six week body makeover plan and
am not doding well. I need a bit more variety yet still low fat and
low carb. Have tried atkins and that made me ill. too much fats but
my husband loved it. He will do what ever plan I choose and it will
be easier with him eating what I fix!!! Any support will be helpful.
I have the book. For him I need to post daily menus so any
suggestions will also be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
