exercise
Hi. I don’t know anything about physiology, so I can’t answer those questions.
This group seems pretty quiet, but hopefully someone will be able to answer
them.
My exercise goals are to walk a half mile every morning followed by about 5
minutes of strength training (I’m following a plan) and some stretching and
then at night I do 1-2 miles of aerobic walking. I can’t say that every day is
perfect, but most days are. ![]()

I forwarded your note to my husband, who is out of town for 2 weeks,
and invited him to do the diet with me if I did the exercise program
with him!. Now, THAT might get him motivated!
