transitioning to phase II

Hi, I’m new to SB. My mom lost 12 pounds during phase I. After 8
days, I can already fasten some pants that I had couldn’t before.
But, I find myself looking anxiously toward Phase II. I think, “I’ll
eat this, I’ll eat that”. That concerns me. So should I stay on
Phase I until the desire for orange sherbet and real cheddar cheese
goes away?

    It’s ok if you want to stay on Phase I a little longer, but I wouldn’t stay on indefinitely. Then when you start moving into Phase II, just add 1 thing at a time…don’t even bring the rest of it into the house…that way you won’t be tempted to go completely overboard.
