I am brand new to the SBD -- this is day 2. I need to lose 4-5 stubborn pounds.

I was HUNGRY yesterday. Granted, I didn't follow the SBD exactly!!! I awakened shaky this morning. At this rate, I am going to give up on SBD.

breakfast -- 2 eggs scrambled with low fat cheese, spinach, and 2 strips of low fat turkey bacon, V-8 juice

snack -- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light

lunch -- turkey meatballs - made with little bit of parmesan cheese and egg, broccoli

snack -- 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light

Dinner -- 1 chicken breast sautéed in Weight Watchers spray and broccoli, green beans

snack -- no sugar jello

Corn is a no-no because of the sugar content. Some beans are better than others. You should still be able to find a list of acceptable foods at the Prevention.com website by doing a search for South Beach Diet.
