day one
hi,
today is my first day of sbd and i am eating my salad for lunch. i
had to clean out my fridge in order to not cheat and just stock only
phase 1 food. i have dieted before but never completed. i want to
lose at least 30lbs. and to be honest haven’t had much salad, making
a salad at home for lunch today well i couldn’t remember ever doing
that in my life. so this is a big change. i started this because my
dad started the sbd two months ago and lost close to 38lbs. and he
is worst then i am on cheating on diets
so i thought i would give
it a shot. any advice on phase 1 from those who have completed?
on the go breakfast? snacks? updates? i’m trying to stay away from
nuts, i tend not to
count too well ![]()

i would go nuts without my nuts, lol….i count them out each morning, put in a cup and thats all i can have. End of story. The days i work, i put 1/2 the amt in a baggie and take that. I usually cook up a quick omelet with onions, cheese and whatever veggies i have on hand and put it in a container and just reheat at work. It does take time, and I am not organized. Now i am on phase 2 and heat my oatmeal, throw in some strawberries and take that. Take a cheese stick, celery with cream cheese or hummus dip.
