i would go nuts without my nuts, lol....i count them out each morning, put in a cup and thats all i can have. End of story. The days i work, i put 1/2 the amt in a baggie and take that. I usually cook up a quick omelet with onions, cheese and whatever veggies i have on hand and put it in a  container and just reheat at work. It does take time, and I am not organized. Now i am on phase 2 and heat my oatmeal, throw in some strawberries and take that. Take a cheese stick, celery with cream cheese or hummus dip.</description>
