		<description>For snacks, I like lower fat cheese sticks. I used them more the first week.

As far as the diet being confusing to anyone new, just download the basic diet and build from there.Phase 1 is not fruit or starches. You can eat eggs, cheese, and nuts. Good salads and cooked veggies that are not starchy. I gave up potatoes, rice, and pasta for the phase. I just started the phase 2 and having some strawberry in a shake. I am going to add the other foods cautiously. I bought Rye crackers that are not salty because they are not as high in carbs as bread.

I use glyconutrients in conjunction with the diet. You can ask me about this privately.

One thing: Do not become too impatient about the weight loss. It takes time. Some lose fast. It is better to lose steadily and it should stay off better than a fast loss. Your body has time to adjust on the slow trip.I am older and I have taken a year to get a loss of 20. I gave away the bigger clothes, and that was a boost.
