He updated Phase 1 to include low fat yogurt. You will just have to leave off fruit in Phase 1, and the starches, of course. I found it easy to follow. Your body may feel a little tired at first from the lowering of carbs. You will get used to it. Just rest more.

PS. I found it to be successful, but I am close to goal and lose slower.
