Hello, new to this!
I’m 32, I live in the UK and my name is Lisa. I decided to start
this diet initially to lose weight and then to try a different
regime of eating that was going to be better for me.
At the moment I’m still on phase one, having only started Saturday.
I’ve lost 4 1/2 lbs and I go to the gym everyday.
My question is, do any of you have any interesting things that you
eat for breakfast. I’m getting a little bored with scrambled egg,
poached egg, fried egg etc!
