NEW TO THE GROUP-TIP

Hello all. I am new to the group. I have been on SB since 5/18 (10
days). Some days have been have been a struggle (especially when my
kisa want oatmeal and PB+J sandwiches, but I have held to the list
and not cheated once )well once I put 2 oats in my mouth, but I spit
them out! LOL) Anyway, I was reading the posts and someone said we
can only have 1 tsp of PB a day. I have the newest refernce tool
and it says that we can have 2 TBSP of PB a day (yes in phase 1). I
felt uneasy about eating that much, because i was afraid it would
stall my weight loss. So… I went to wal mart and there is a new
Peanut Buter out from skippy I believe, that is a low carb PB. It
is made with splenda (I’m not a fan of artifical sweentners, but I
can’t even tell it’s there). As a treat to myself, I get out a
measuring spoon (we all know we can’t measure by eye if we are on
this diet) and one at a time eat this creamy yummy “candy” right out
of the spoon. It may sound silly, but it is like eating candy.
Sometimes I stop at one, but even 2 is OK. It has not stalled my
weight loss at all. I started at 168 and I am now at 153 only 10
days later (15 pounds!) I’m not sure if this is typical but it is
keeping me going. I have only exercised one time too! Does anyone
else have any great tips that would help me feel like I’m cheating,
but not!
