If everyone is like me...I generally just read and don't reply. I've tried the SBD several times with moderate success, but it is hard for me to stay with--my husband is retired and likes to do the cooking...low carb is not in his vocabulary. My son and his wife have had great success--both reaching their goals already...which tells me that it is easier to do when everyone in the house is on the same plan.
