I’m thinking about switching to the South Beach Diet

Hello Everyone!
I just started the Atkins diet and I feel sick! I don’t really
think it’s very healthy.
I was digging around my parent’s library and found the South Beach
Diet book. I read it and I think it makes way more sense than
Atkins! So I’m thinking of switching….
Does anyone know whether or not mayo is allowed in the 1st phase of
the diet? If it is, should it be full fat or reduced fat?
