I am new to this group-just started today.
I am 5', 155lbs and want to lose wt to improve my health: mentally
and physically.
I was wondering if it's okay to use light soft cream cheese with my
veggies, e.g. celery sticks. The kind I have has 2 gm of Carbs per
serving.
Also does anyone use Penzey's seasonings? I have a wonderful blend
from them called "sandwhich sprinkles" and wonder if that's okay on
this diet.
