Anyone hungry during Phase I ?

I am new to this group and have tried A LOT of diets and we are
planning on starting SB on Monday. I had a baby 3 months ago and
can’t seem to get off this last 10 lbs so thought I’d try SB. My
biggest problem is that I feel that whenever I try to do a “diet” I
get hungry especially in the first 2 weeks and I have no self-
control so I just end up eating. At least if I know others did feel
quite hungry at the beginning of this diet I can expect it. The
books says you shouldn’t feel hungry but I was wondering what
everyones experience was during the first 2 weeks? Hungry
sometimes? All the time? Also, is there a limit for caffeine during
Phase 1?
Any help or tips on SB you could provide would be appreciated! Does
everyone on this board exercise daily along with the diet?
