is there a “guide line” no more then ?? gr of fat, gr of sugar,gr of carbs

that we want to stay under ?per item and or per day?

I forgot to ask an important question.
I belonged to SBD Online last year and was told I could rejoin anytime
at the price I had then if I wanted to…it was $6.95 a month!! Now it
is $5 a week….
However, I cannot find a customer service phone number ANYWHERE. Does
anyone have one? Or an email I can contact them with?
I do so hope someone can help!! Thanks!

well my first question is….all of the low carb foods that are out
there - are those allowed on SB? I know what I can’t have in Phase 1
but normally- after phase 1?
