diet. i have lost 10 pounds already. i am glad that i lost that much.

I am new to this group and have tried A LOT of diets and we are
planning on starting SB on Monday. I had a baby 3 months ago and
can’t seem to get off this last 10 lbs so thought I’d try SB. My
biggest problem is that I feel that whenever I try to do a “diet” I
get hungry especially in the first 2 weeks and I have no self-
control so I just end up eating. At least if I know others did feel
quite hungry at the beginning of this diet I can expect it. The
books says you shouldn’t feel hungry but I was wondering what
everyones experience was during the first 2 weeks? Hungry
sometimes? All the time? Also, is there a limit for caffeine during
Phase 1?
Any help or tips on SB you could provide would be appreciated! Does
everyone on this board exercise daily along with the diet?
I have a question about diabetes and this diet. Is there any problems
with sugar drops on this plan? Mine drops to the bottom if I use the
my doctors reccommended meal plans. Even my dietitian can not help.
Hi the book say you can have fatfree milk in your coffee in phase 1!
Is anyone else have skim milk in their coffee? bye orsolag
