I’ve seen a lot of extremely plus sized people on this diet who have had a great deal of success. I think everyone plateaus at some point, but you just have to change 1 thing you’re doing to break through that plateau (like switching from WW to SBD, jogging instead of weight lifting, etc). You’ll do great…just don’t get discouraged if you see others losing more weight or faster than you do (though you will most likely lose faster than others at first).
