Do those diet pills, fat burn pills work?

I’m too scared to try any of those diet pills or fat burning pills.
Has anyone tried them and what was your experience with them? I want
to do my research before I try one. I heard that if you take
Metabolife for too long it messes up your metabolism? is that true?

    I don’t know if thats true but I am very interested.. I want
    whatever helps me with this weighloss so if its either Metabolife,
    Cortislim…. whatever… whoever knows, please help!
