you're jumping into it, only to find out that it doesn't work because you
never really followed it).
As large as the book is (not very), there are a lot of recipes and food
lists, so you can read about the diet itself in very little time. It's not
very complicated. Really. If cost is a problem, check it out from your
library.
The question you are asking says that you are not remotely ready to start
this diet. The answer is: no fruits in Phase I.
