Ann/website for food lists, etc.
Hi, can you repost this URL…it doesn’t work and when I copy and paste it I get
to a place which leads me to the place to register and pay each week…..or is
that what you meant it to do? I had thought it was a free site?
TIA,
Suzan

You could use lemon/lime juice in small quantities to give some zip
to your yogurt, but I’d suggest you give serious thought to
expanding your breakfast choices. For one thing, look for a way to
add vegetables that will be enjoyable. For me, that was omelets,
but if you don’t like eggs, you’ll need to figure something else
out. Also, I don’t know what a “dash” of nuts is; make sure you get
enough fat/oil to keep you satisfied. And there’s no reason not to
eat fish or poultry for breakfast. Use any of the allowed foods
that you like. One of the things that Phase 1 did for me was break
my habit of “needing” sweetness with my breakfast.
A website that has an up-to-date food list, along with a much more
basic (and therefore, to me, more useful) guide to what you should
eat at each meal is http://www.southbeach-diet-
plan.com/index.html . It also has shopping lists, tips, and a
discussion forum.
