No Alcohol Really Makes A Difference
WOW Guys!!!
I only had the one drink over the weekend during my gig and I can
already see that alcohol really stymies your weight loss. When I was
having the occasional drink, my weight loss either stopped or I
gained at least 2 pounds….but since last Saturday (it’s now
Wednesday), I have dropped 5 pounds! This has really given me the
incentive not to take that drink until I am allowed to! I plan to
stay on Phase 1 for at least 3 weeks, which is when I have my 35th
Birthday Doctor’s Visit. My blood pressure has been kinda high, so I
am watching my salt intake and exercising to get it down. I don’t
want to take any medications, so I am trying to make sure I am okay
for my doctor’s visit….10 pounds gone and 15 to go by October
20th. Wish me luck and thanks to everyone for their advice!!!
By the way, is it okay to stay on Phase 1 for three weeks????? Will I
still have the rapid weight loss (5 lbs per week) in the 3rd week?
