salad dressing

what about 1or 2 tbp olive oil mixed with vinegar on salads?

Or would something else be better?

I only have that and low fat Ranch on hand.

    I make my own salad dressing using equal parts of balsamic vinegar and
    extra virgin olive oil. I keep it in a bottle that holds about a cup
    and a half so I don’t have to mix it up each time. All of the bottled
    dressings I looked at, even if the fat and sugar in them wasn’t bad,
    were loaded with sodium which is something I’d rather avoid.

    can’t help it hehe.. is this really bad?? is it real important to only
    use a little bit…

    Ever read the ntrition info on salad dressing? Ow.
    Throw your salad in a rubbermade bowl, add the 2 tbs
    and shake it like you’re crazy. You’ll get a better,
    thinner coat of dreassing AND you won’t notice a
    change in the taste.
