Saturday, July 31st, 2004Recently picked up a box of Nu Naturals White Stevia powder to use
with my coffee. Reading the label, under other ingredients, is
maltodextrin. Is this alright?

Hi, I am Joyce, my dh and I just started this diet 3 weeks ago. In
the first 2 weeks I lost 10lbs. My question is how long should you
be on the phase 1 part? My dh does not believe he has lost enough
and wants to be skinny like now. I am diabetic, and think I need to
go to phase 2. I will continue to lose if I go to this phase right?
With the holidays this is going to be tough to stay on phase one,
tough as it is to diet this time of year.
Hope to keep in touch, need lots of incouragement to keep this going.

Coffee junkie just starting Phase 1……usually have my coffee with
a small amount of low fat half & half with 1 tsp sugar. Tried
yesterday with skim milk and slenda and hated it. Any other
alternatives/solutions GREATLY appreciated.

I miss my sandwiches! Has anyone found a SBD compliant bread?

Every body is different as to how much they lose. My husband & I started on
June 1 and each lost 8 pounds the first two weeks. I have lost 16 pounds
total. For the last four months we follow Phase 2 with some splurges and
maintenance food and we have been losing 1 pound a month. I am pretty much
happy where I am now so just would like to keep it off.

I am just wondering can we eat chestnut?
How about atkins bar?
I felt really sick about an hour after working out yesterday, now I’m
nervous to workout again until Phase 2. Is this just because I don’t
really have any carbs free for energy or what? Has this happened to
anyone else? Any advice?
Is this allowed on phase 1? Is ist good for you?

I started the SBD 4 days ago. I really have only lost 2 pounds. When

I need to lost weight after five kids and two of those being born in
the last two years but I am really looking forward to more energy to
keep up with them.
I just started today and I am wondering what day to day changes you
have seen. I have read the book and I love the testimonials.
