question on spaghetti squash
Hi. I am new to this group and just started the SB diet two weeks
ago. I was wondering how you guys cook the spaghetti squash and is
it a seasonal item only
sure. I know it is stringy inside so do you split it and bake it
like you would an acorn squash? Marlene
