Weight question

Lisa,
Every body is different as to how much they lose. My husband & I started on
June 1 and each lost 8 pounds the first two weeks. I have lost 16 pounds
total. For the last four months we follow Phase 2 with some splurges and
maintenance food and we have been losing 1 pound a month. I am pretty much
happy where I am now so just would like to keep it off.

    I agree with Jo. I started in Sept. and lost 8 lbs in phase 1 the
    first 2 weeks. Now I’ve lost 10 more in phase 2 and am losing a pound
    every couple of weeks. I’m under 200 pounds for the first time in
    years.
    I think weight you take off slowly tends to stay off longer. That’s
    why I like the SBD - it doesn’t promise miracle weight loss. Slow and
    steady is much better for your health. It’s a life style as much as a
    diet. Keep at it.
