		<description>I agree with Jo. I started in Sept. and lost 8 lbs in phase 1 the
first 2 weeks. Now I've lost 10 more in phase 2 and am losing a pound
every couple of weeks. I'm under 200 pounds for the first time in
years.
I think weight you take off slowly tends to stay off longer. That's
why I like the SBD - it doesn't promise miracle weight loss. Slow and
steady is much better for your health. It's a life style as much as a
diet. Keep at it.</description>
