Here’s the deal….as soon as your mind tells your body you’re going on a diet…you want everything. You’re testing yourself. You’re trying to talk yourself into failure but don’t give in. You know in the cartoons when someone has two little heads in their shoulders? You know…the good on one side and the bad on the other? Do whatever you need to do…go for a walk, read a book, watch a movie, stay on line…it’s hard to eat and type at the same time. Call a friend, whatever. Show yourself just how strong you can be. Ignore those cravings and you’ll be SO proud of yourself!!! It’s NOT easy but you can do this. Baby steps. One at a time. Just hang in there. Do anything that has nothing to do with food. Just keep telling yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Be really positive and you attractive positive energies to yourself. ok?

    Purple, January 10th is the date of the next new moon and it’s a great time to initiate new projects so it’s a perfect time to start your diet. All the best of luck to you!!

    starting the New Year off without a calendar, so I could not
    check the moon cyles. I must go out soon and buy one. Also, will shop
    for all the SB essentials. I have the makings for the egg cups in
    the fridge.
    I tended to eat eggcups daily, and didn’t try the other breakfast
    items.
    Question to group: What are some favorites that you have tried?
    What phase are you in the SBD?
