new person - lasted 6 days on phase one
Hi - I started phase 1 on December 31 and did well for 6 days. then
came the 7th day and … carb overload. I don’t know what happened.
I was feeling tired but that was passing. I went off completely
Thursday and Friday and am back on today (Saturday). I am starting
over Phase 1, hope i last the two weeks. I had lost 4 lbs in the 6
days I was on. Funny thing is after being off the past two days, I
am not really hungry today.
Tomorrow I am going to try the spinach quiche cups. Has anyone
tried and liked them?
