new to group and food cravings

Are you drinking any water? The book doesn’t really emphasize it, and
I am not really a water drinker, but I have much less trouble with
food cravings when I drink water through the day.. especially
that “Munchie, I want something to eat but I don’t know what”
feeling. I’m usually thirsty, not hungry. Flavored, fizzy, add a
slice of lemon and some splenda, whatever it takes to get it down.

    Kathy, I read on another group about drinking water and the possibility of things like kidney stones if you don’t drink all the water you need to. Often too when you’re having headaches it’s from dehydration so drink up!!
