Yet another new member :)

Just joined the group, been looking for a place to talk and get ideas for food
and other
things while on SBD. My fiance and I started on the 1st of jan, but had talked
about doing
it for a couple weeks before after my dad bought the book. The first couple days
were
difficult, was having withdrawls from my usual sugar fixes. After that though
it’s been
pretty easy. Splenda has been a big help in that :) Looking forward to hearing
other
people’s idea’s and tips.
