Phase 1 Time Period
Tuesday, November 30th, 2004I’m interested in what list members experiences have been with how long to
stay on Phase 1. I know the minimum is two weeks, but others have posted
that they’ve pushed Phase 1 out to as long as 4 weeks. Per his book, the
good Dr. doesn’t want you to stay on Phase 1 for the entire weight loss
period, as your body will not become conditioned to the benefits of Phase 2.
