Very good!!! I’m still on phase one too. I just started on Monday the 10th. This is pretty easy for me to do and I don’t get that weak or light headed feeling during the day. My only complaint is that I don’t sleep well at night since I started this. I don’t understand why that is though. It takes me forever to fall asleep and I don’t stay asleep… Odd huh? All the best to you!!

    I think the reason I haven’t been sleeping is because I started taking Centrum Vitamins Carb Support. I’m sure they’re great vitamins and all but I was watching something on some channel last night and they said there is more Biotin for energy…could it be? I take them early in the day. Yesterday I didn’t take them at all and I slept like a rock. I haven’t tried the spinach thingys yet but I love spinach so I’m sure they’ll be great. I love the roasted veggies. I’m about to go make some more!! The Greek salad was wonderful too. Check out the Food Network for the Low Carb and loving it show. He has some good recipes too. Good luck!!!

    Anxiety maybe. The others there’s no way. I’m Caffeine free and I haven’t started my walking tapes yet so I have no work outs. I think it’s the vitamins.
