wow….day 3 of phase 1
Hi everyone!!
I haven’t posted here in a really long time, but I did the south
beach diet about 6 months ago and lost 10 lbs in just a few weeks.
Then I somehow got sidetracked and ended up off of it. I didn’t go
crazy with carbs and fat though…still watched what I ate. I kept
the ten pounds off , but I am still about 30 pounds away from my
goal weight. Since I KNOW without a doubt that this diet works and
that it is not difficult to keep the weight off….I am back at it
here in the new year. Today, I am starting day 3 of Phase 1 and I
am alread down 3 1/2 pounds after only 2 days on the diet. The
South Beach Diet and Dr. A ROCK!!! I really haven’t even had any
strong cravings…although I am looking forward to Phase 2 and the
reintroduction of FRUIT!! That is the thing I miss most in Phase
1. I can live without the bread, pasta, rice, sugar, etc….but I
MISS my fruit!!!
