HI everybody!
Well, i bought the book, and i was looking for support on SBD, so i
found this group which i think is gonna help me alot.
My goal is to loose 20lbs,. that’s it so far, but for me it is so
hard and i really want to do it, no matter what, it’s for my health
and my body…so…
I did the first two weeks, no sugars at all…but since i had a
surgery …(a simple one)…i ate anything infront of me…
Like..cokes….KfriedChicken,…..mashpotatoe…
but in small portions..still
What I was thinking, is that probably i can continue without starting
all over again with the first 2 weeks.
I cheated for friday night,…sat, sun, and mon…
now it’s tuesday…and i was planning to continue the diet…
Please…help me out, what do you guys think…
My weight? 140lbs…
I want to be 120…so…
