phase 1 & working out

Hi all
I’m in day 5 of phase 1. To those of you who work out… how do you get through
phase 1 and working out? I went to the gym yesterday and was so weak I could
hardly finish my workout. I’m not talking about anything crazy. I was just at
Curves! I would usually grab a piece of fruit or a nutrigrain bar on my way to
the gym, but can’t do that right now. Thanks in advance.

    Frankly, I was too weak and had too bad a headache and I suspended
    working out for the first week and only lightly the second week.
