lost and fat

Okay I read the book
now I am confussed
what kind of salad dressing can I use,
one place something about “cheeseburgers” the book says to change
your eating habits choose different stuff like a McDonalds salad
without the cheese, then cheese is on the “enjoy” list.
what do I look for on labels
I have done Atkins in the past and I thought I would try this to get
some vegs, but I can’t make sense of it.

    I use balsamic vinegar for lunch and hummus for dinner. I know we
    can use lowfat dressings with no added sugar and I know we need SOME
    (good) fat, but I’m too terrified about fat to use any of that!

    I think that beans are okay in phase 1, too. I remember seeing hummus in a
    meal suggestion for phase 1, and it’s pretty much just mashed garbanzo
    beans.
    I would keep the portions down, though.
