		<description>I think that beans are okay in phase 1, too. I remember seeing hummus in a
meal suggestion for phase 1, and it's pretty much just mashed garbanzo
beans.
I would keep the portions down, though.

		<description>I use balsamic vinegar for lunch and hummus for dinner. I know we
can use lowfat dressings with no added sugar and I know we need SOME
(good) fat, but I'm too terrified about fat to use any of that!</description>
