Phase 3 help, anybody??
I had to drop out of the online group because I got too busy at work
to go online more than once a week, therefore wasn’t getting benefit
of the meal plans or message boards, and had reached my goal. Didn’t
feel like paying for another quarter. HOWEVER, I realized that I had
no clue as to what to add back to be on phase 3 and yet not gain
weight. There’s already soooooooo much food on phase 2 that I don’t
eat all of IT and don’t know what to change or add back.
That’s why I joined this group - with almost 1000 members, I thought
somebody might have some experience? Meanwhile, I’ve lost another 3
pounds while on phase 3, and I don’t want either to lose OR gain more
weight. How do you maintain while on phase 3? What do you do
differently? I’m hoping somebody in a group this big will know!!!

I’m surprised your post went through. I’ve tried to post a recipe
two times but it didn’t work. I see that we have not had other
posts for the past few days except an ad. I’m still on phase 1 and
have lost 9 lbs so I can’t help you. Hopefully someone can get
through. Maybe this on will—surprise surprise!!!
