no weight loss
Hello,
i am in my 2nd week of the sb diet and have only lost 2 lbs.
Is this normal I don’t feel like I am making any headway.
I am eating 3 meals and the 2 snacks and vegtables as the book says,
I just dont’t feel like i am at the place i should be at this time in
the diet.

Think of it as two boxes of butter - each one weighs a pound - each
stick is 1/4 pound - all that fat right off your body!!
